Pre-Genting

I would be leaving Singapore tonight to Genting. Previously, Genting was a boring place to me as I had shopped and played almost everything there. Well, I have a new motive now and that is to enjoy and move on.

You might be confused the moment you read, "enjoy and move on".
Let me clear the confusion.

I intend to enjoy this trip to the fullest and would do my fullest to move on with life. In layman term, I decided to do a full stop on the recent events and start a new life.

Everything seem to be in place as once my polytechnic starts, I believe I would be able to devote myself to new environments and peoples. To those that might be worrying, I would not forget the past. To me, the past is very valuable as provided me with greater experiences to aid me on my future decision.

I would be away from today night to Monday night. Do miss me, haha.
Might be posting with PSP on that few days if there's some connections available.

Now in RP

I'm currently in R.P., you didn't read wrongly. You must be wondering why in the world would I be in R.P. (for those that don't know what R.P. means: R.P. stand for "Republic Polytechnic", a polytechnic in Singapore).

Ok, now for the reason. I had a rather busy day today, starting with the morning tuition. I used my new MacBook to spice up lesson, seem like the usage of MacBook for lesson have caught their attention.

After that, I went to CWP to meet up with Andy (You Li) and that's the start of a busy day. I decided not to eat anything as I were full, but I did order a cup of Ice-cream Float. By then, we were rushing for time as Andy would need to reach there by 2pm.

We decided to take taxi there but the queue was long and not a single taxi in sight. Therefore, we decided to take the bus (the only other alternative besides walking). It took years before we reached RP and were late. Fortunately, the system for the software top-up was more of the queuing sort. Therefore, there wasn't a need to be early. By the way, their system sucks! I took almost half-an-hour for us to register his laptop and 5 hours to have all the OS and software installed. Therefore, during this 5 hours, we went to NP (Ngee Ann Polytechnic, my school) for my topping up of software. We spent a tough time locating it and the weather wasn't on our side as it was raining. After a long walk, we finally reached the venue. Thanks goodness it only took me less than 15 minutes for everything to be done. At there, I saw many familiar faces there but only chat with one.

After solving my things, we went back to RP to get his laptop. Andy is pissed off as his newly updated system is a total failure. This laptop starts to lack and there seem to be a major problem with his hardware. So, he concluded that " RP = Rubbish-bin Polytechnic".

A trouble over

Do you remember that I was complaining about how bad things fall on me at once?

I started off the day with my previous Macbook (the spoiled one) as I'm intending to give it my attention for the last few hours that we would be together. *I was actually trying to use up the battery.* I wondered around the Macbook like taking a virtual excursion and discovered certain functions that seem wonderful. Although I'm a little noobish when it comes to Macbook, I managed to get used to it.

But after getting used to the Macbook, I become less familiar with the PC. Haha, maybe that's why people say that when you gain something, you would lose something else.

Bad things fall

Unfortunate things have learned how to look for me. I was a blissful boy awhile ago and the next second, what I see was stress and problems.

Well, I received my Macbook today and I was extremely happy. But soon found out that there's a problem with the disc drive. So damn pissed off, I need a miracle.

Sigh... Still need to teach later...

YAWN

Never had a easy sleep since a very long time. I guess I would need to thank the CHOYA that my mum had bought for me yesterday. People say that alcoholic drink would be more effective if you drink it on an empty stomach and I could agree with it as I got some dizziness and burning sensation after drinking a small portion of it. Perhaps I should do it more often.

I guess that my digestive system is malfunctioning nowadays. Somehow, things that went down the throat will be expelled within a short period of time. This is completely strange; I never felt forcing food out of my stomach that easy before.

Well, at least the feeling of hunger is much better than having other feelings.

Advancing: Easier said than done

Since things had been decided and I had done what I think I should such as sobbing, tearing things apart, clarification and etc. I decided to move on, only by doing so, I can gain freedom.

Blabbering words, phrases and sentences like that would be easy, but doing it would mean another thing. Now, I'm looking forward to the opening of my poly. Only then, I could be more confident on advancing.

There's a trip to Genting again on this coming Saturday. This might be a great chance to relax.

Just got a new bottle of CHOYA: Honey Favor

Aching Inside Crying Outside

I found that it's necessary to type out this post as I could no longer held tons and tons of my "emotion burden". Things were changing so fast and even when it came to the end, I was NOT fast enough to react. What I can do was to leave in daze and ending up washing my face with tears. That was the worst cry ever, my heart is constantly aching.

I know that what I must do now is to get over with things and move on with life. Easier said than done... I'm suffering inside.

Why do I feel that my current blog music suit my current mood. I didn't really read by each and every phrase of that song but listening to it make me remember of things. Was this song for the ending?

Feel like screaming my heart out... But there isn't a place for me to do so.
And why do I still need to carry on acting in front of my parents... I feeling so damn terrible.

24 had lost its meaning
21 would be...

Amazed?

My dad found out that I got the MacBook that worth $2200+ instead of the cheaper one. He's basically slamming and shouting at everything he saw in the house in the morning.

What that AMAZED me was that when he returned home after his work, he seem to be very calm. Is this the calmness before a thunderstorm? Who knows...

When to Woodlands Center just now and got myself two t-shirt. Most likely to be wearing one of them tomorrow... If I do get out tomorrow.

Returned home and washed them... Due to my carelessness, I placed the pink one with the white one... Causing my white one to be stained with pink. I used all the method from bleaching to the using of toothpaste and nothing seem to work. *sigh* After taking a close look at the pink one, there seemed to be uneven in color, most likely to be caused by losing its color. I think I just wasted S$10...

Here's a photo I took today:The view outside the food court.

Got it black?

Dyed my hair again and this time to dark blue. At first I thought the blue would be too obvious, but the result was to my satisfaction. *Phew*

Reason why I wouldn't want to have my head to be covered with VERY obvious blue is because of the generalization that our Singapore's society have and that's "only Ah-Beng (Gangster in Hokkien) had blue hair".

Heard this phrase before: "There's no right or wrong, is our thoughts that differentiate them". Since the crowd have such perception, it would be wise to flow with it.

But somehow my blue isn't obvious at all... It's basically black!

Where's the MAC?

Yesterday was a day that I was looking forward to. In the end, I was left with disappointment. Remember in the previous post when I said how excited I'm that I could finally lay my fingers on the MacBook? Now, total bullshit!

MacBook 13.3 2.4GHz White

Let me begin the story from the start.

Woke up rather early, started preparing myself for the school color test and purchasing of MacBook. As I was at MSN, Zac told me that I would need to register before purchasing of my notebook. Therefore, I did so. Thanks goodness that I woke up early...

Reaching the school and met up with Zac (he went there earlier with his mum). My status then was "confused" as that place was overwhelmed with different activities.

I did my color test first and the result is perfect. Went to the hall (where the notebook are sold) and intend to purchase the MacBook. All my excitement went down to the drain when the sale-person told me that the specific MacBook I wanted was out-of-stock. There's nothing I do except for waiting. Placed my order and went home empty handed.

Decided that I should stay out longer, I went to my dear house to watch some movie and that's how the remaining day past.

16 March 2008

Present Feeling

I'm really excited as I would be receiving my MacBook tomorrow! Although tomorrow would means that I would have a new addition to my family (the MacBook), I would still need to do all the procedures for registration for my school.

Yesterday, I had a late dinner. Went over to the hawker center nearby and ordered a few dishes and that sum up to a total of $9 per person. Considered cheap as there were plenty of dishes and some expensive ones such as prawns.

Activities had not been planned for today, but got a fade idea on what I might be doing today.

15 March 2008

Off with things

Today was a plain day, just like a slice of bread that's not coated with anything. Perhaps I was reluctant to much today and therefore, pushing aside all the "favor of life".

Doing less things might not always be bad. By doing less things, you would have more time to spend on relaxation, and that includes sleeping. I can finally replenished my energy level as I had difficulties sleeping on the previous nights.

That's my plain day! A really plain one...

Only to take a step at once

Now that I had many things that I need to solve, I decided to let a "a step at a time" approach to it. Because of that, I found myself with less things on my list as I can quickly solve my problems. What I left now to solve would be something that required scheming.

*Don't treat me as a cunning person*

Over caffeine?

Perhaps I had taken too much caffeine yesterday causing me to be sleepless. Tossed about in my bed and only managed to has less than 6 hours of sleep. Fortunately, I'm not worn out early in the day.

9 March 2008

Is there a server breakdown?

Why does it seem almost impossible to alter my parents’ thoughts? Sometime voicing out my opinions would result me in deep-shit. My parents can be open-minded but they took too much control on certain things. All these things that happened would due to the distrust they have, or is it a communication breakdown.

I had read magazine on how to win your parents trust. They told me to be responsible and trustable. Despite doing all that, situation is not really improving.

Although I have a thousand and one rants about them, they still provide me with occasion encouragement and feasible advice.

Currently, I'm rather confused with things. I might have thought too much, only events that happen in the near future would clear my confusion.

Returned After Awhile: IMM

I believe most of us waiting for poly year 1 to start would have received their enrollment package. Having headache on the 101 forms that needed to be filled? I had that problem too, but all you need is to spend some quality time reading the instruction and you would be able to see the light. This need not be applied in this case too. In whatever we do, we must read the instruction carefully first before doing any hands-on.

Due to the fact that I came from a rather low-income family, my father had decided to use the CPF scheme to help pay the tuition fee. Therefore, I went down to the CPF board yesterday with the company of my dear to apply for my "SingPass". Benefited from a fast and efficient society, I got my "SingPass" without much waiting and many problems.

After having our lunch at the nearby fast-food restaurant, we took the MRT to Tanjong Pajar as my dear had a job interview there. That area is filled with office people (can tell by the way they dressed) and I felt odd. What I did to pass time was by playing my PSP.

Soon, her interview was over and had positive result as she would be able to start work the following day (which means today). Feel happy for her as she would no longer need to worry about finding a job.

We decided to have a walk at IMM. I couldn't remember when was the last time I enter that shopping mall. I could only remember that I didn't go there since a long long time. Not much changes there (maybe one or two).

That's my "adventure" for yesterday!

Public Alert: Singapore have yet to catch the escape terrorist.

Things Inside

Although I didn't say anything about it, doesn't mean that I didn't mind.
