After years, I finally returned to the running track of Woodlands Stadium. Tagging along with me this time would be You Li. Therefore, the whole exercising period was kinda different from the past. I didn't mean it was better or worse, it's just different. Due to the fact that I had not run for ages and been gaining mass since, I could only reached a limit of 3 rounds on the center lane. Maybe I should make it a habit to run more often. Possible advantages are the reduction of fats molecules in my body, become fitter and healthier and to occupy my free time. Tell you a secret, I'm back to my old 68KG and guess what, I'm really MAD and yet, I did nothing. I really have to search for my determination (when I was on diet the last time) or at least a sore throat would slim me down.

We chat a bit regarding works. Although he kept repeating some sentences, it was a enjoyable chat. Too bad I wasn't able to go out in the afternoon due to some reason that I would not want to elaborate. Therefore, we didn't make plans for the afternoon. But luckily he went to meet his friends. Or else, I would feel guilty for trapping him at home. He might get depression if he never sees pretty girls. *haha* - Just Joking
Accompanied dad to CWP. Since I got nothing better to do, going out with him was the best option. And plus, I need my dinner too.

Wait until X'Mas....

Maybe tomorrow and Sunday I would go for some diet and maybe loads of exercises. Getting 65KG is just the first hurdle.
