the higher the hope, the harder you might fall

Feeling excited since yesterday as I would like to see how I fare in this Mid-Year. Reached school at the same time I always do, but Ms Lye looked for me and told me to go to the hall to set-up for the mass marking program (Something liked calling a whole crowd of students, then go through the answers). First paper I'm getting back was S.S., thought that I could pass this one with great mark, but disappointedly, I failed it liked mad: 17/50. All hopes were with Geography, my only hope to pass Combine Humanities. I needed 33 marks from Geography to pass humanities. But sadly, I got a 28/50, making me 5 points away from passing humanities.

We're released early for recess. Hence, we got an hour to relax. Back at the hall at 1040, but Mdm Radha told us that the next answer checking will be at 1210. Students in the hall started to split into millions of group and began their chatting. That included me too! We sat in a circle and started taking about many things and singing. How nice, if time will to pass slowly, that will be perfect. But time passes quickly when you're enjoying yourself. The going through of our CL paper commenced. By then, my bladder was filled with water and I needed to get it out. But there wasn't a chance... Control till the end of the day (1500), rushed to the toilet immediately!

I was quite amazed that I actually chatted with Kairuddin in the toilet. I had not been talking to him since Sec3. Amazing!

Followed the girls to the Bubble Tea shop to get bubble tea (of course). I ordered Ice Cappuccino and it's damn sweet. LX was crazy after she heard Otak. She went to get a dollar of it. Somehow, I wanted to eat it too, I ordered a dollar of it too. It's cheap and most importantly, it's nice. YL asked me whether I could accompany him to CWP to get his friend a present. Saw Jessie and Kia How there, how unlucky I can be seeing Kia How...

Took quite some time before he got it. A row of shop including kiddy palace at the third floor had a black out. Sad for them...

Reached home at around 1600, and luckily dad didn't question. Phew... Told him my result today and that pissed his head off.

Oh, my English paper 2: 13/50, CL P1: 38/70, CL P2: 27/70 and CL P3: 18/20.

To avoid further communication with him, I went to my room to do the memorizing of the CL passage. Tomorrow, Mr Lim would be giving us the test.
